ChowNow is the ordering partner built by and for food people to help independent restaurants thrive. Unlike other apps, ChowNow brings its customers a refreshingly honest approach to ordering through fair prices and transparent practices. Their unique two-way products offer restaurants a range of capabilities to grow their guestlist and better serve their customers, while giving diners the most responsible way to support restaurants outside the dining room.

They wanted to build an identity to support their unique vision of fairness and transparency. Drawing inspiration from the functional qualities of order receipts and guest checks, we developed an identity that’s clear, unfiltered, and direct. An exposed design system that’s authentic at its core, championing the restaurants, the people, and their real-life experiences.
